Disappointing !! Far better options close by!!
I originally booked the hotel directly and realized that Hotel.com had the same room almost a 100.00 cheaper and included free parking worth $ 55.00.
When got the hotel I was told that I could upgrade to full water rather than partial and my room would be immediately upgrade for 70.00 which I agreed to bc we want to check in immediately. However had I upgraded the room using Hotel.com with the original booking it would been 35.00 cheaper.
My biggest complaint was none of invoices were correct the first time . I found errors which had to be corrected on every invoice including restaurant bill and on checkout.
It took me three hours and three phones to finally straighten this issue. I’m assuming it will correctly bc I was told it will take several before the adjustments will made to card.
It was very difficult to get anyone on the phone to even discuss the issue.
As previously stated after three phone calls I finally spoke to someone who was very helpful and explained what happen how it was going to be resolved.
The staff in generally very pleasant and helpful in person.
The hotel was dated and tired but clean and has very nice views. I used to stay often at this hotel 10 years ago and the lobby and restaurants was decorated and arranged in far more than this new design.
The pool was open but no food service at the pool.
This is the first review I have ever left regarding a hotel but I was very disappointed based on my experience.
