What a disappointment!
I reserved what they call a "junior suite." What a joke! It was a typical mediocre chain hotel room with a few extra square feet of space containing . . . a loveseat. That's it! The photos showed a seating area with a table, a balcony and a nice view. The reality was worse than mediocre. Absolutely not worth the price.

DOESN'T CARE ABOUT PATIENTS DURING COVID19
So extremely frustrated with Hotels.com and Marriott. My business trip was cancelled because of COVID19 and Marriott was the only hotel chain that would not refund me at all. They do not care about the health and wellbeing of their customers. Really disappointed that hotels.com did absolutely nothing and didn't care that I didn't receive my refund. Will never book with Marriott again
