Could use a few improvements
Facility is updated and clean. Staff was friendly. The main problem was window air conditioner rattled terribly whenever on. Also the bed linen was lacking. Only top sheet, a blanket and another top sheet on top. No comforter or bedspread. Made for a cold night. Did ask for another blanket the second night. It is right next to freeway so heard freeway noise all night too. To be expected though due to location.

The beds are so comfortable and the pillows too. My sister and I rate it highly. We needed to find a place close to Universal and this was great.

Hotel was nice, positioned right next to the freeway for easy access, clean and i was checked in quickly. If I had to complaign about anything it would be that the elevators were slow, so i had to wait a bit. Other than that, not too bad
