Easy access to Inner Harbor and Camden Yards. Check in and out was quick and simple. Appreciated that there was on site parking. They used a fitted sheet for a queen bed on a king bed which was annoying when trying to sleep but in the grand scheme of things no biggie.

Disappointed
I was very disappointed with the room. I asked for a room on a higher floor and was put on the 3rd floor (?!?!) with a view of the lobby rooftop (?!). The room was dirty with layers of dust everywhere like it hadn't been used or cleaned in a year. I called before arriving to see if I should check in before parking in the garage and was told that I didn't have to, I could just park and then check in. Turns out that was wrong. Luckily the parking crew outside was the one bright spot out of this whole experience; they were very helpful!! The hotel offered no room service and the kitchen in the 'raved about' restaurant closed at 10. I was there for an Orioles Game and when the game was over would have liked to get at least something to eat. No such luck. Really surprised at the lack of service in the hotel and the condition of the room! Will not stay there again.

Walk to the stadium
We stayed here for convenience because we were going to Camden Yard and to the SS John Brown. I stayed here in 2000 and liked the fact that we could just walk to the stadium. The garage is convenient, the bar and restaurant have good selections and service. We had a good stay.

Incredible Breakfast Staff
The highlight of the stay was the breakfast staff. They were absolutely incredible! It was our 40th anniversary and they got us a memory ornament and a card signed by all the staff. It was so over-the-top I don't even know what to write. Just a fabulous staff!
