If "I dont care about you" was a hotel.
This hotel has the absolute worst customer service i've ever experienced. I sent emails prior to my visit to see if we could check in early and got no response. My card is supposed to be charged at check-in however they ran my card 10 hours before check-in time, this caused problems because I planned to use a different card. We arrived early and they asked which card I wanted to use....as if they didn't already charge me....this caused more confusion for 30 minutes as they wanted to also charge a different card??? They pretended not to get my email however someone later admitted they did. We wanted to check in early but were told they needed another hour, suggested we go to breakfast and come back. 90 minutes later they said its almost ready, go into our bar for a free drink...The bartender is an amazing guy and great bartender...he should be running the place! We continued to get the runaround of 30 minutes more...for the next 4 hours until after the posted check in time. This ruined the 1st day of our vacation. When we finally got into the room we discovered we had 2 rooms with 1 bed in each instead of 2 beds in thev2nd bedroom. They blamed a system error and offered no apology or nothing in return only more rudeness. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! But do visit the bartender! Oh....and I ordered water, drinks and snacks to be delivered to the hotel an hour before my arrival and told them by email and by phone in advance to hold for me, the told delivery they don't know me.
