This hotel is in a great location in the centre of Mannheim with public transport and train station all within walking distance. The staff are very helpful, professional and very polite, the rooms are clean and maintained to a good standard and more importantly comfortable beds. The bar also serves food and had a good choice of food on the menu at a very reasonable price. I would have no problem booking this hotel again for business or pleasure.

Had expected a bit more
Needed to change the room as the sink was leaking so badly that it was flooding the bathroom whenever the tab was running for just a couple of seconds. Not sure how this went unnoticed when the room was being cleaned followed the previous guest? The room that I then received thankfully also had a second bath towel. Try and get a room away from the main road as there was lots of unpleasant noise (people & cars) coming in from outside throughout a good part of the night. In summary, I'd expected a bit more to be honest.
