Terrible hotel but we enjoyed NOLA
The keys and the safe were not working in the first room. I had to go down three times. We had to change room. The second room had the same issue. I had to go down twice just to get the room keys activated. We gave up on the safe. Just used the luggage and locked our stuff. The air from the air conditioning unit came out so cold. We turned up the thermostat and whenever the air came out, it was noisy and uncomfortable. The hotel was under renovation. The dust from the above unit fell in our bathroom. We had to call housekeeping to clean it up. The noise was bothersome, but it was in the bathroom area, so we tolerated it. After we changed room twice, we were exhausted to ask to change room again, so we just went out to enjoy NOLA. The front desk receptionists appeared that they did not care when we reported the safe and the room keys were not working on the first day. We will not stay at this hotel again!
