This property has been recently renovated and was very bright and open. The bar in the hotel was excellent. Our room was spacious and clean.

We chose this hotel for an overnighter after a cruise. It’s close to the airport, with a free shuttle to get us there for our flight.. We found the lobby cavernous and loud, which was a little offputting while eating in the restaurant, which is basically a roped off space in the lobby. Front desk staff was really friendly. Bed was comfy, as were the pillows. No real complaints.

Great property, minutes from the airport with complimentary shuttle and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff and large, comfortable rooms. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to airport, shuttle is offered. Staff at the desk did not seem welcoming. My room was not prepared properly. 2 of the 3 large towels had: 1) a stain and 2) someone else's hair. I had called front desk to exchange the towels and was told someone would come to do a full exchange. Nobody came. My sink faucet had a piece of chocolate cake that was not cleared off. My room was without a tv remote. There were 2 power outages in the early morning which knocked off the wifi and the tv channels for some time. I dont normally watch tv but after the wifi outage i decided to watch some tv, which the room did not have a tv remote. (Maybe this is a standard at this hotel?) I have worked in the hotel industry to understand that guest service recovery is important, so i will not make repeat phone calls to front desk. You either listen to your guests or you don't. This is the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at, and will stay elsewhere, ensuring none of my friends, family, or colleagues book at this location.

The property was close to the airport and provided shuttle service. It was a little disappointing that you had to pay for parking when there was no gate controlling who was coming in and out of the property.

The reservation was to include the shuttle to Port Canaveral. It did not. The staff were busy talking among themselves rather than offering good service. In the room there was exposed crumbling concrete around the bottom of the air conditioner which must be very difficult to keep clean. I won’t stay there again.
