I was delighted with this property because it had all the amenities (including a washer/dryer) for a weeklong stay away from home, was centrally located in a nice neighborhood, was walkable, well connected, and with plenty of dining options.

After 22 hour flight, the unit password was changed to the one emailed to me. Have to call and get it recoded. Security alarm went off middle of the night and the whole building was impacted. Room temperature was fixed at 24C and could not be guided to bring it down. Wanted to watch English News locally but was told by call centre that I have to download app. #betterwaytostay is totally inane and disappointing

The Richmond fit the bill...
We've always found Sonder to be a great place to stay and The Richmond was no exception. As always, well appointed, super clean and comfortable. This time, a minor bit of confusion with the check-in procedure (stressing the minor) but it wasn't a big deal.

I like the apartment, nice decor and clean, only problem we have was parking, we had to park a mile away, then on the last day, receptionist said , we could have parked on the street overnight.. i hope there was more guidance to this. A mile walk back to the apartment was a bit much after walking / going around the city

Disappointing to Say the Least
The AC was broken and while the apartment was decent, it was stifling hot. Repeated contact with Sonder led nowhere. The agents told me they would send someone and never did. The parking situation was terrible. Will never stay there again.
