The property and the area were good and convenient. We stayed 5 nights and after 2 days the thermostat quit working. We also ran out of some amenities. The only way to resolve this is to call Sonder and then wait until someone comes. Would rather stay where you can ask for things and get them in a reasonable time.

Am I too old for this place?
Sonder says they are "a better way to stay", but I'm not convinced. You have to check in days in advance by giving them a picture of your ID, which is a cyber security risk. They delete your ID photo after you check in, but I don't think this process is "better". You have to download their app to pay for parking in advance. This is not "better". Then you have to enter a code at a lockbox to retrieve your keyfobs. A better process would be to put a doorbell camera at each facility. They are common now, and have an HD camera and two-way audio. Sonder could have one employee monitoring all their facilities at once. You could check in via the camera; no need to give them a pic of your ID or to download an app. They gave me two keyfobs, but one didn't work. In the apartment, the bed was good, but way too low to the floor. The other furniture wasn't comfortable. Maybe I'm too old for this version of "better". I just want someone to handle the check-in and check-out, with no app required.

The instructions to get in were long, but once I was in, I was fine. Annoying that the parking was extra $$. The tv had no channels, you had to AirPlay from your phone. The bedroom and living room look straight out to the sidewalk and street which I didn’t think was very private. I wouldn’t recommend this unless you are staying for a week. Not 1 night. But, was was a large space and very clean. Still, idk if I would stay here again, but maybe I’d recommend it.

Really enjoyed just being able to show up, get the keys and walk right into my stay. The apt was fully equipped with all kitchen appliances to include a washer and dryer. Perfect walking distance to a CVS and/or food.

Need a new cleaning service NEEDED!
Sonder needs to do better. The Pics for the properties show the rooms to be down right amazing, however, this is the second property to which the cleanliness of the space is in question. The carpets in this location were filthy. A call was placed to Sonder to which I was told that they would get the carpets cleaned immediately. Check in was on Monday, spoke to rep on Tuesday morning. Check out on Friday. NO ONE CAME TO CLEAN THE CARPETS! Additionally, the wash smelled of strong mildew. Do better Sonder. All and all not things that can not be fixed with proper management and followup. Definitely secure better cleaning crews to ensure each guest is receiving what is advertised.
