6/10 Good

I’ll pay the upgrade next time and stay elsewhere.
The hotel it’s self was ok… the stay is quite rude and none informative …. I can’t understand that we are already paying for the hotel and yet it’s a additional 30.00 a night to park…. Don’t try to show up early either… we got there a hour early and was charged another 40.00 unless I wanted to drive around town waiting….

10/10 Exceptional

Amazing hotel
Before the trip I was very concerned that my non-refundable hotel room may not meet my standard of expectation. However in this case it was a very good choice. The room was clean. I was concerned about the tub being too high for me to step over the edge but it was low to the ground so it was easy for me to climb in to the tub to shower. There was a refrigerator which made it nice for the beverages I brought with me. There were two drawers for my clothing and about a dozen hangers. That was enough for me for my weeklong stay. The lobby was very inviting with plenty of comfortable seats and a fireplace. I have no comments about the restaurant since I did not use it. The shower was powerful enough to allow me to wash my long hair. There was an ironing board and iron in the closet. The television was fine I found movies every evening to watch before I went to sleep. The bed was firm but comfortable. The light switches were a little bit hard to reach while lying in the bed. The hotel was really quiet. The maids respected that do not Disturb sign. Contrary to other hotels were the guests are extremely noisy and the maids knock on the door at 8 o’clock no matter what. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay in this hotel in the future.

4/10 Fair

Check-in ruined the experience
Arrived at 2:30pm and was told we could not check in until 3pm unless we wanted to pay $40.00. We sat in the lobby and watched others check in. I then sent my husband to the counter at 2:45 and he had no problem checking in with a different person. $40.00 to check in 30 minutes early. We typically stay at this hotel when we come to town but won’t be going forward.

6/10 Good

I got to the hotel a little early about 30-40 minutes they wouldn’t let me check in unless I paid the 40 dollar fee. Then I was informed that parking was 30 dollars when it never said that on the listing or I would have never booked this hotel.
