Modern hotel with very comfortable rooms and a friendly welcome. Good quality and super tasty breakfast and the service was great to match. Convenient location 1 min away from the main train station. My only gripe: I found my room too hot, even with the AC down very low. But overall, I'd happily return!

Excellent location (even though surroundings doesn’t look nice). Beds are very comfortable; the room, in general, is. Breakfast is excellent as well as the Postman Restaurant. Customer service great. If we have to come back, we’ll definitely stay here.

Great location right across the street from the train station. We loved the usb connectors so we could charge multiple devices at the same time. Very friendly staff too.

Really great place to stay, right near HBF
Surprisingly convenient location - we found parking on the street, which was obviously less convenient, but ended up costing us about 7 Euros for the time we needed (currently 1.8/hour, free 20:00-8:00). We were there during renovations, so only one elevator was working, which was a little frustrating, but really, everything else was perfect :)

Great location across from the HBF. Check in was smooth and fast. Great facility and spacious rooms. Very comfortable bed and bathrooms. I could not think of anywhere else to stay when visiting Mannheim. I liked it so much I took the time to write a review.
