This property was an excellent alternative to the over priced Manhattan properties, and it was very convenient to get into Manhattan from this area. The staff was excellent as was the facility. I would stay there again. The area around the property could use some more gentrification, but I didn't feel unsafe.

Great stay! Too bad closing.
Our stay was great and the comfort of our room was good. Our views up on the 13th floor was amazing, but wish we had views to the harbour. Our mini fridge didnt work and we had to do without it. Pet friendly which was a plus. Unfortunately the hotel is closing down for the time being.

Please install a towel bar in the bathroom so we have somewhere to put wet towels other than a crumpled pile on the counter or floor. Also, for safety reasons, PLEASE put a grab bar in the shower! The shower floor can get quite slippery and I was very concerned for my 76-year-old father's safety, as well as my own. These are common-sense improvements that could be easily done.
