We went to go check in and the lady at the desk gave us our room key and we went upstairs to our room and there are people in it. Went back down to the desk to try again. The lady gave us another room and same there are people in it. Went back to the desk and the lady goes well I guess we are over booked you need to go somewhere else.

I was not happy with the customer service at the receptions desk The carpet in the hallway and room was dirty and the room smelled like smoke we requested a non smoking omg room.Breakfast was good

I would not recommend. We reserved a King, non-smoking room days in advance and when we arrived they put us in a queen room that smelled like cigarettes. The smoke alarm had been ripped from the ceiling. They did not have any more king rooms available so switched us to a room with two beds. It didn’t smell like smoke but it didn’t smell good. There were stains all over the carpet, hair in the drains and overall not in good condition. I wasn’t expecting the best place but for $145 a night, I would like to stay somewhere that doesn’t have crackheads hanging out in the lobby.

Worst hotel very dirty, night shift concierge not friendly when asked to change room because it smelled like weed smoke and carpet was wet. New room tv did not work. Carpet in hallways very dirty and smelly, stains everywhere...needs to be washed or changed

I did book my trip last minute for a New Year’s trip with my son . It was my first time in west palm and the hotel was mediocre to say the least . There were signs that renovations will be starting soon which is great . Some things that stood out : roach in bathroom on third night . By then , I didn’t want to pack up my things and go to another room . I usually ask for extra towels because some were stained . No one ; staff and maintenance included knew how to help with Roku . Positives: convenient location
