The place is old and dirty in spite of them saying it’s been totally renovated. No services at early or late hours and the front desk people are Not consistent with their answers.

It was under renovation- the staff seemed too busy with other things when I went to check out. I asked for a receipt and they said I could get one on line where I booked my hotel (hotel.com), but eventually printed me a receipt. When I booked room it said my breakfast was included, which was one reason I booked there for convenience, so when I asked about it they told me it would be $15.00! Not happy!

1 carpets needed to vacuum 2 the Tv did not stay on for than 10 minutes we told them they send some one but was not fixed 3 no hot water 5 last morning the call @1000 to say if we are not out by 1100 which we were plan on it was on a conference call the water would be shut off check out is 1100 I would never stay again last night there was roaches
