Not great!! Bummer
For the size of the hotel, there clearly wasn’t enough staff. Check in was busy and there was a wait. The pool area was shockingly too small!! Not enough chairs and tables. People were packed in the hot tub like sardines! The restaurant in the evening had one waitress!! And we didn’t even have breakfast because there was a line all the way out to the bathrooms for hours!!

Very dry inside the room. Every time you touched the bed sheets or door handles you got a shock. We did not have warm water in the bathroom sink.

False advertising of amenities,
I specifically a room in this hotel because every bit of their advertising said that they had room service-untrue. Also the menu the restaurant did have was so small in options to order, we had to go off-site to eat. There was also a couch advertised in every picture that showed the room that I reserved-untrue. I was recovering from surgery while I stayed at this hotel. Not having room service was a very big deal for I and my husband. Not having a couch was a very big deal. Very unhappy with our stay.

Not worth the money
For almost 700.00 cdn for two nights. Definitely not worth it. Had to run the water for almost 10 minutes in order to get any hot washed water. Second day we left the room so the cleaning ladies had time to make the bed and what not. Returned later in the evening to find the room wasn’t touched.
