Very modern and clean. The negative was they didn't have my room choice available at check in and had to substitute a room with just 1 bed. It was awkward but hopefully not a recurring condition.

My room was supposed to be ready for a 3:00 check -in. I had to wait in the lobby (along with dozens of other customers) until 4:30 to get into my room. I had a break in my business schedule from 3-6, and I was really looking forward to relaxing in my room during that time. Their excuse was that everybody from the event that I was attending showed up at once to check in, so they were delayed. This is your business! You rely on large events to fill your hotel. If you advertise a 3:00!check in time, you should have enough staff on duty to get the rooms cleaned and ready on time. Especially with thenCOVID pandemic, it was uncomfortable congregating with large numbers of people in an area that was not socially distances. Large events should be part of your plan, not an excuse for why you are inefficient.

They over booked the hotel and I didn’t get the room I chose, but overall it was a good experience.

I found the room to be very comfortable, clean, and the front desk staff very helpful. The first morning of my stay there was a nice hot breakfast with a person filling your container behind a table due to covid-restrictions. There was a wide choice of options. However, on the second day it was completely different. They had two choices of cold, plastic wrapped breakfast sandwiches you could microwave that you grabbed yourself from the buffet area, two choices of yogurt (plain and wild cherry), and two choice of juice, and coffee. Visible in the cabinet above were small containers of cereal. When I went to open the door to get one the hostess told me not to touch it and those were for the Monday - Friday guests. I paid the same rate for both nights and found it a little offensive to be told I couldn't have cereal and not to touch the door in with a touch of reprimand in her voice. I felt bad for the mother with her little girl who said she'd rather have the cereal for her daughter too. Not the end of the world but given the cost of the hotel I don't think cold cereal would have been too much to ask.

Place was very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful..very quiet..located near places to eat and other places of interest..parking was cheaper than most places in downtown paid 5 extra dollars for valet and have unlimited ins and out...breakfast was delicious..room was spacious and shower was amazing..if I had any negative to say about it I would say the bed was a little soft for my taste but it’s a personal preference..the restaurant pier 48 was delicious and nice to have if you’re just tired and don’t want to walk anywhere..I would definitely stay there again
