2 staff members stood out - Joanna (front office) and Melvin (club lounge). Both provided professional and polite service and went above and beyond expectations.

You May Not Get the Room(s) You Ask For
I had booked this hotel specifically because it offered adjoining rooms. We were 4 ladies travelling to Nashville for a special occasion and wanted to stay together. When we arrived, we were told that this was not possible. Not only were we denied adjoining rooms, but we ended up on separate floors. Because of the key card operation of the elevator, it was difficult to get each other. I was also very disappointed that upon check-in, we were told that one of our rooms would not be ready until 8pm due to the late check-out of airline employees. It was only when I repeatedly stated that this was unacceptable that another room (again, on a different floor) was offered. The vision of our Girls' Weekend was quickly evaporating and we very nearly went elsewhere. Finally, our clerk said that he would comp the room as he no doubt sensed our extreme displeasure. We found other employees at the hotel to be extremely friendly and helpful, particularly Lynn. She was instrumental in retrieving a passport that had been accidentally left in a safe and in making our stay at the Sheraton a better memory than it otherwise would have been. Thanks to her, as well as the lovely young women who were working in the Club Lounge & pouring champagne in the lobby, and the men who helped with our luggage & the hotel shuttle.

A Little expensive, bathrooms need upgrading.

Good location but tired hotel.
I found this hotel to be somewhat tired specifically the rooms. Carpet was grungy, bathroom is small and needs upgrading. We also asked to get a wake up call the day we flew out and they were to call once and do a follow up 15 minutes later and we got nothing. Thankfully my husband woke up or we would have missed our plane. Likely would not stay here again.

Overall experience was great would have been better if the skye lounge on the top floor was more of an open patio since the weather permits it most of the year As well Mandi and Brent that work at the bar are very very great people.

Good 6.0
The hotel is very nice and location is a short walk to the happening spots at night like Robert's Western World. The staff are generally very nice. Pulling up, though, no one helped us with our bags or offered us a cart even though we were struggling with our stuff, we had to specifically request for one and it took a minute. Checking in, there were many employees standing at the front desk, but only one was able to help us (maybe a shift change)? It seemed that there was always a line at the front desk though. Parking was a joke...they didn't even tell us that there was a lot where we could self-park (basically same cost as valet though) and then whenever we tried to get out of the lot, the machine wouldn't let us out the structure and so I had to run all the way inside the hotel lobby to get someone to let us out. Valet (who is responsible for the lot as well it seems) was so busy on one of the times I had to run in for help that the guy told us we had to wait until another valet came back, and so we did have to wait at the ticket turnstile for a minute. All in all, nice place, central location, kind staff, but something about price and efficiency/quality of services don't exactly match up.

Service was excellent! The room was great, it was clean and well stocked. I didn’t love the bed, but that just my opinion. Everything was awesome!
