Just Gross!!
The room was gross, stains on the carpet and curtains. Toilet seat wasnt even attatched. Pool was freezing cokd, hot tub was empty and disgusting. Bothrooms in the pool area were not working yet filled with old feces and smelled. The entire hotel smelled like fish and death. After dark we felt unsafe coming and going with kids, there was a lot of arguing going on between other guests and a lot of sketchy people walking around.

The hotel was in the same building as Days Inn. Not sure if they have merged their company or what. The Front desk lady wasn’t welcoming at all. Room was okay, but outdated. We didn’t eat our breakfast the next morning so can’t say much about it.

Hotel was not clean. Toilets and sinks were broken. Bugs in the room on the wall. Trash all over the parking lot.

Nothing wrong with the room itself. Wasnt a fan of only one entrance and even that entrance was locked after a certain time. Didnt have full access in my opinion

Worst hotel ever
The room smelled like death and dead fish. There was an event in front of the hotel and it was very hard to get into and when that cleared and we checked in at 10:15 we left the hotel by 1030. The hotel had a list of rooms at check-in that listed the quality of many of the rooms that there was bad smells and they asked us why we were checking out and and mentioned that the smell was horrifying and the woman who check us out nodded her head and said yes. So they were very aware they are OK to check out and said to process a refund I would have to reach out to my third-party company, hotel.com, and now the third-party company has reached out to Hotel and the hotel now is denying the refund. Please be advised that from what was at the hotel front desk that many of these rooms are unbelievable. Would like to add pictures but I'm not sure the appropriate picture of what death would look like. Please save yourself as it's taking us a load of laundry to wash the smell off our items. If you love your family you will not take them anywhere near this place. And even after not staying in the hotel and then acknowledging that the room did smell bad they still refused any refund. I guess this hotel management company is very happy receiving money for a place that is not even suitable to sit down in, let alone stand in for the five minutes that is all we can bear in the room.

Out of 4 floors only the first floor ice machine worked. The 3-wheel luggage cart would not fit thru the door to the room. There was some chipped paint in the hallways and our room number (205) was half peeled off-somewhat unsightly.
