    Great location of the hotel!

    I chose to stay at Double Tree because I'm familiar with the hotel over all through my travels. Though I didn't have any dramatic issues, I was irritated that I was placed in a room on the top floor, right under the AC that was on the roof. It was so ridiculously noisy that you couldn't sleep at night. Changing rooms is the last thing you want to do after you've traveled for 9 hours. Otherwise I would stay at the hotel again.

    Was the worst hote in my life. I call them to see yf they have a breakfast and the lady told me yes. And I wake earlier and she only gave to me one box. Inside the box was an apple one water one smal cereal and a yogurt. I was very upset with that situation and mad. The room was not clean.

    Don’t waste the money.

    We booked this hotel because of the room service and when we got to the hotel we were informed that there was no room service because their kitchen was closed. We were not informed before our check in that the restaurant was closed completely we were only told that there were some changes with the food. I have called and tried to get my money back because the breakfast package was extra and we did not receive any breakfast. The room was just okay seems dated nothing to rave about. The pillows are wayyyyy too soft. When you lay down they flatten out. The tv is pretty dated as well.

    What a nightmare

    By far my worst experience staying with Doubletree. I understand the covid thing but not having anything for your guests was appalling. No re supplying of towels or no trash taken out for two days was shocking. I will no longer be staying with Doubletree hotels. The staff was like we were a burden on them.
