Enjoyable stay
The reception and check in were great. Room was nice and comfortable. I was looking forward to taking a bath but the plug was broken and wouldn’t ‘plug’. Overall, nice place to stay when you have business downtown.

Lovely Edmonton Hotel
This is our favourite Edmonton hotel. The view is lovely, and the revolving restaurant is a treat.

Conference stay - nothing special
Stayed for a conference so was stuck inside all day. Would have loved to have been able to sit outside in the sun on a patio overlooking the valley, afterwards but there is none. Only the bar with sports blaring from multiple tv’s. Had breakfast in the restaurant and complained that the granola in the yoghurt parfait was old and a bit rancid tasting. The waitress looked bemused and said she would report it. However it was the same the next day, and the next waitress did not even seem to realize there was granola at the bottom.

Nice location. Great views.
A bug ran across my foot in my room, but otherwise it appeared very clean. Nice spot in town. Great restaurants inside, although breakfast was a little pricey for what they offered. Wifi was awful, so I just ended up using my own data.

Spectacular Views and Great Service!
Our room had an amazing river valley view from the 14th floor. Big windows too! Room was comfortable and nicely renovated. Enjoyed a full buffet breakfast in the restaurant that also had a magnificent view. Very nice and helpful front desk and restaurant staff.
