a glimpse into the future of hotels?
Fascinating to stay in for first time - I did not expect stepping into such a strong commitment to the next idea of what a hotel can be. Once in the room, I took the time to learn more about the brand and company behind citizenM and helped me understand the whys behind the place. I was on my own, so room worked very well - might be a bit tight for two? The small footprint has advantages, but as I sleep on the left side (far side in my room), I would have had to climb over my wife. Many great features, just wished for a coffee maker in the room.

Great hotel
Really liked this hotel. The decor was really cool. There’s a sparkling water dispenser and the coffee was very good. The only issues were the tiny sink and the fact that I couldn’t figure out how to get the pump soap to work. The location was very convenient.

Odd Name for a Really Great Hotel
Overall, my stay at citizenM on Causeway Street was excellent! Cleanliness, exceptional. Food, menu, and front desk service was professional and pleasant. Maintenance and speed of service, timely and on point. I couldn’t wait to get back to my room to watch Boston from the comfort of my HUGE picture window!!! My only complaint is the location. Didn’t care for that at all.
