Hotel
I liked that it was close to attractions and it was nice to be by the water. The pool was nicely heated and clean and quiet. The $43 for one night of parking I thought was ridiculous with how much you already pay for the stay. I didn't like that there was construction going on in the building across the street. Overall, I would stay there again but park somewhere else.

Check in took quite a bit of time. Need more people there and faster service. The room was good but it felt like an old building, it could be a bit more reno’d. Great river view. Maybe more information/guidance to local food options.

Little hard to find the first time but nice, quiet, convenient location in downtown. Directly beside the river walk which is a nice get away from the inside. River view room was so nice to have & very nice view of Chicago!!

Booked and paid for a Riverview double room but instead got a non view King room. Hotel was full so wasn't given any other option. Let's just say I was non too happy about this. Other than this mix up hotel was nice. Great location if you have business at the adjoining Merchandise Mart!
