Irritating customer service

We booked via this website- it states we got 2 free drinks and they refused to honour it saying it was an old promo. When it’s still currently on the webpage. 0 customer service skills. It’s 2 free drinks… the fact they couldn’t honour us was ridiculous. We come to our room enter and it’s a boiling hot 25 degrees, noticeable warm. We ask to get AC fixed, they come. Nothing changes, I talk to maintenance and he flat out tried to gaslight me into saying it’s on when it’s very clear that only the FAN function was working not the cold are. He said it’s a large room takes awhile to cool down. We accepted that we’d have to make it work for at least 1/2 of our nights. It didn’t cool down but luckily they provided us with 3 fans. Photo of proof it says 1 free drink per guest.

Fantastic stay

It was an amazing 4 days of stays for us. We were there for a dance competition. Check in was smooth, front desk was amazing. Amenities was good, thebroom was clean and spacious, breakfast was phenomenal. They still have to improve the room service, specially cleaning and changing of fresh towels. We ask for it and it was addressed r8ght away. Definitely will stay here again whenever we are in town.

When checking in the staff member didn’t mention the pool, the games room, and only briefly described breakfast. When my husband went down for breakfast on 1 of our 2 mornings there, the eggs were so runny a watery liquid ran off them and the spoon. It was so busy food was running out and staff seemed stressed. We tried to watch some playoff hockey in the restaurant but all tables were full except a couple with dishes left on them. No server in sight to clean up. Patrons cleaning it up themselves just to get a table. Won’t stay there again.

20th Wedding Anniversary

We recently had a staycation with my husband and overall, it was a pleasant experience. However, we encountered a few issues that affected our rest. After using the hot tub and draining it, we noticed that it would automatically turn on at 20–30 minute intervals throughout the night, causing a loud noise that repeatedly disturbed our sleep. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, which added to the difficulty in getting proper rest. We didn’t report it to the front desk as it was already late at night and we were preparing to sleep. Despite these concerns, we’d like to commend the breakfast—it was delicious and definitely a highlight of our stay.

At check in its either a $50 depoits or a $250 debit deposit. What they dont tell you is that they hold it for up to 72 hours.The breakfast was poor at best. Also, opened late 40 minutes on Sunday. The tv in the room had no live tv just pay per view. Asked twice once friday and once Saturday to fix the problem. Kept blaming it on an update Staff were friendly but passed the buck to different crews. I did end up getting my deposit back the same day, but it took me stressing to get it.
