Customer service experience was amazing. Wish I remembered the name of the guy who checked us in but he was great.... absolutely wonderful. We were there for our honeymoon and our flight had been delayed 3 time which left us not landing at airport until 11:45 pm, called the hotelto let them know and they said not to worry shuttle was on the way. Amazing!!! Check-in was a breeze and check out was just as smooth. Front desk was super knowledgable on how to get around town without having to use Uber or Lyft. Breakfast buffet was really good as well and the food from the restaurant OMalleys, which is in the hotel, was good too. Furniture was a bit dated but still in great shape...... and super comfy. All-in-all, it was a really good stay!!!Would defintely recommend.

Mixed
Class C Hotel in my book. That means a. Clean; b. Needed to ask for towels, tissue, etc: c. Minimally acceptable parking (had to park in employee area one night) with challenging parking (very narrow ramps). d. Grumpy staff So In a pinch I'd stay there again but it would not be my first or second choice.

Decent stay
Overall we enjoyed our stay….the hotel is in a good location, convenient to many restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to the metro. However, parking is awful and confusing unless a hotel employee explains it at check in (which was not done for us). Make sure this is explained to you so you aren’t paying the parking deck fees! Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were pricey for the quality of food so I would definitely recommend eating out somewhere else.

Poor Service Requests
Toilet and bathroom was horrible, as maintenance there every day. There was also no microwave in the room. Bad experience as we needed it to heat medication and food.and had to go to the lobby 3x a day . I asked for a microwave and was told to use the lobby.
