About this home
A brand new, character and charmingly furnished holiday home has recently been rented in the Ardennes, Durbuy, furnished with quality and with every comfort, but with a touch of nostalgia, a nod to the past.
There are 5 bedrooms, 4 with a double bed + 1 with a 2x single bed reserved for children
2 CHILD CHAIRS AND 2 BABY BEDS WITH THICK MATTRESS available.
Furthermore, there is present; 3 bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower, 6 sinks, 3 toilets.
Luxuriously furnished kitchen with large retro stove (3 ovens) and granite worktop, extra large fridge with freezer compartment, plenty of glasses and cutlery, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, Dolce Gusto espresso machine, kettle washing machine. Dining area with beautiful wooden table, 10 chairs, 4 bar stools. Sitting area with lounge, TV with surround HIFI, DVD player. WIFI internet, Flemish and Dutch TV channels.
Outside there is a spacious terrace with teaken garden furniture. Garden has an infinite view of the surroundings. Children's toys are provided. Also in front of the house there is a beautiful view of the valley.
Built-in barbecue is provided from spring.
You do not have to carry an infinite amount of luggage; we can ensure that the beds are made upon arrival, bed linen and towels provided. Along with the bed and bath linen option, we also provide shampoo, hairdryer, kitchen towels and other extras.
The property is located in Weris (part of Durbuy), known for its beautiful surroundings, and especially the dolmen and menhirs. There are numerous hiking, vespa and cycling routes in the area. The property is in a quiet location, but not isolated, and only 1 km away from the village of Wéris (classified as one of the most beautiful villages in Wallonia), where there is a 1 * Michelin restaurant (Le Cor de Chasse) and others. eateries.
Diagonally opposite the house there is a small shop where bread and other foods (especially dairy products) can be purchased. In Wéris there is also a small food store. A few km further there is Barvaux where there are more restaurants, cafés and also supermarkets (Aldi, Spar, Carrefour ...).
And not to forget, the historic town of Durbuy !!

Uitstapje in D'Ardennen
Zeer goede & duidelijke communicatie tussen verhuurder en huurder. Top locatie, luxueuze woning voor 6-personen. Knappe omgeving & rustgevende plek zonder omgevingslawaai. Enige vervelende was overmaat aan vliegjes, dit was wel gecommuniceerd in e-mail. Aanschaffing van vliegenraam zou handig zijn & door dat de dampkap niet functioneerde naar behoren kon verluchting d.m.v. deuren/ramen te openen niet vermeden worden. Over het algemeen een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad & zeker voor jaarlijkse herhaling vatbaar.
