Another nice stay at Country Inn and Suites
We love staying at the Country Inn and Suites. This was my first time at the one in Fredericksburg but we also love the one in Rocky Mount, NC. The staff are always so nice and the rooms are big and comfortable and they are always more affordable than the other big chain hotels.

Lovely place with great employees. Comfortable bed with great pillows. Didn’t care for the amount of grease on floors, needed better cleaning with appropriate cleaning products.

Staff were best part of stay.
Pros: Staff extremely friendly and responsive. Cons: 1 working elevator for guest and employees, makes checking out very hard in the morning battling cleaning staff and their carts. Rooms shower / tub was clogged with hair. Once maintenance was able to unclog drain room smelled like burnt hair all night!

Everything was very good. Unclear if the hvac was working correctly- it was set to heat when I arrived but the room was freezing. The window was ajar - closed it set to ac/71 and then everything was fine.
