Great place after a long day
The check-in was easy and the receptionist gave us a good rundown on what was available in the area. You are outside of the core where all the attractions are, but we didn't mind as it was only a 15 minute taxi ride into the main area (and the hotel will call it for you). There are amazing restaurants in the area, many are local favourites as well as a grocery store around the corner. If you don't mind being away from the hustle and bustle, I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Awesome spot
This hotel is in a great location. The Tram is right across the street a d goes to the major train station. A grocery store is only two blocks away and there are numerous restaurants nearby as well. Ancient Roman ruins are right across the street and it's also an easy walk to the Coliseum. It was a bonus having a delicious breakfast included with our room. All in all, a great place to stay

Great spot
Hotel is in a great location, easy access to the metro (5 minute walk) and lots of local stores and places to eat. Room was very clean and simple. Air conditioning and TV did not work. Mentioned this to desk staff and was told it would be addressed but it never was. Breakfast was included in the room price and was very good. Desk staff arranged an excellent driving service for us to get to the airport that was cheaper than taxis or Uber. Apart from the air conditioning issue the hotel is very good and I would reccomend it.

It was a bed to sleep in!
There was a nice roof top patio. The room was small but the bed was pretty comfortable. Nothing to write home about. Just a basic room. Online pictures made it seem nice than it actually was. The air conditioning didn’t seem to be working. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. The area that the hotel is situated in is not the nicest part or town. We had a taxi driver tell us that it is the poor part of town.

Pros and cons... Probably more cons.
On a very busy intersection in not the nicest part of town. The room was hot and the bathroom had a damp/drains smell that wasn't particularly pleasant. Breakfast was a bit sad looking too. On the plus side though, the staff were friendly and it was cheap. Local area also had some great restaurants.

Staff were excellent and friendly. Shower booth was my only issue, kind of small. Liked the location but surrounding area quite deserted without much amenities. Will recommend once their upgrading is completed. Smoking at the entrance not ideal.

Nice place convenient to public transportation. Shower was too small, otherwise great place.
