I stayed here 6 days in June. Was very disappointed with the food in the facilities. Had breakfast at the Level day after arriving and it took two plus hours to get our food. When it did come the order wasn’t right. The people are nice but it seems as though they need training in what they do. All the food restaurants was bad. Food was not prepared well and poor choices. For this to be a 4.5 to 5 star resort, it operates more as a 2-3 star. Asked for two single beds in one of the three reservations I made which I didn’t get. Promised to give when one become available. Half way through my stay, they moved me. OActually was counting the days for my flight out. The pools and SPA were nice even though the SPA didn’t offer many services. My butler was very good. He helped to make the week go by. Overall, disappointed. I would not return to this resort.

Our second trip back to Melia Punta Cana -The Level -Adults Only last week did not disappoint. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is attentive. We took our grown children for their college graduation presents. This hotel is one to pick for relaxation, access to excursions, and the full experience of the Dominican Republic.
