Mandatory fees

You’ll be asked to pay the following charges at check-in or check-out:

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 October - 31 March, EUR 0.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.

• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 July - 31 August, EUR 1.50 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 September - 30 September, EUR 1.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.

Breakage deposit: EUR 120 per stay

• Cleaning fee: EUR 80 per accommodation, per stay
• Utility surcharge: EUR 2 per accommodation, per night
• Towels/sheets: EUR 15 per person, per week

Late check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight can be arranged for an extra charge of EUR 50
