Management did not plan this weekend well.
We arrived at 3:32 pm (check in at 4:00) on a day where the Bengals hosted a playoff game at 8:30 pm. Upon arrival, there was a line of around 75 people waiting to check in. Not completely unexpected, however there was only 1 person working the front desk. Once 4:00 rolled around, there was still only 1 person working the front desk. We waited to check in from the time we got there for over an hour. We missed our dinner reservation and pushed our schedule for the game back. Worst service ever, and ridiculous to wait until 4:00 to check people in when there were over 100+ people in line by 4:00. I will not be staying here again if I am going to a game or downtown event. There was also a GIANT stain (looked like urine stain) on the mattress cover that we discovered after we got back at midnight from the Bengals game when we were way to tired to fight it. We ended up sleeping on top of the sheets.
