Good location, nice staff. The pellow was not comfortable. Once I checked in, the room they gave to me was in the back tower, not the main tower, there was no view at all in that kind of room. They said I had to pay extra if I want to stay in the main tower.

Beautiful Hotel in a Great Location

The main lobby is gorgeous. Our Check-In was fast and efficient. As per usual, everyone at the Four Seasons is always on their “A” game. They remember your face and your name and they pay attention to detail- for the most part. Just a few things I was disappointed in, hence the 4/5 rating. For a 5 star hotel and especially one like the Four Seasons, I would expect the towels not feel like sand paper. It doesn’t seem like a big deal to some, but for me, that’s all part of the 5 star experience. The towels felt stiff and old and not soft and fluffy. Yes- that’s disappointing. The shower drain had a gross smell, I’m assuming it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. And the shutters in the bathroom haven’t been dusted for a while. Yes these things bother me, I do expect a clean room when I’m paying as much as I paid. Overall I give this hotel a 4/5 for the cleanliness. The bed was super comfortable, the staff were super friendly and the breakfast was delicious!

    Yikes...those windows.

If not for the scary dirty Windows, this is the same iconic Pretty Woman mainstay it always was. But it isn’t in Four Seasons condition. I paid extra for a “Rodeo View” and the Windows were so dirty the entire place felt dirty.

You get what you pay for - worth the money

I have stayed in Beverly Hills 6 times in the last 8 years and this was my first time in at this hotel. Even though Beverly Hills is still not wide open we had a great time because of the service and dinning experience at the Wilshire. The service is impeccable. We ate lunch both days at their outdoor resturant. The food was amazing
