I was stuck in a room right by the elevator so that all people who passed by could look in. As a single woman travelling, I found this to be uncomfortable.

Clean hotel with a great location
The hotel was clean and quiet.Could use new pillows as the ones we had were lumpy. Other nice hotel and front desk service was helpful. Location great for the convention centre, short walk. Next door was dunking donuts, mcdonalds, red lobster,i hops and dennys You could walk about 2 miles and along the way a lot of places to eat,things to do and shopping (mostly souvenirs}

The attendee was not very helpful not friendly. We have a problem with our toilet and he would solve the problem leaving us not able to use it.🚽😡

Don’t stay here.
It was a horrible room. From the looks of it (new paint it looked nice at 1st) but after a couple minutes in the room the problems showed up. One of the worst things was the bathroom door if closed would lock you in, and I had to put all my weight on the door to open it up for my child when this was realized. Also the elevator for the building wasn’t working properly, I had t carry a double stroller down the stairs from the 4th floor. Picked this hotel because of the pool, turns out it wasn’t really useable as it’s in a shaded location and they don’t keep the pool at a decent temperature. It was freezing cold and no sun was above it to make the freezing waters okay.
