Fantastic location with easy access to all parks. Small intimate feel was perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks. Only drawback is lack of food options but easy boat ride to Disney Springs solved that.

It was very well kept and clean. It was very quiet, you did not hear your neighbours. The food was very good and the staff were friendly. The fixed any issue we had, which were not many with a smile and very quick. I found it charming.

Not quite the Walt Disney experience!
Overall we enjoyed the resort. Concierge and front desk were very helpful . Transportation around the parks were perfect, and the grounds are beautiful. The one failure for this resort is the housekeeping. Our room was never swept during our stay, and under beds etc it looked like it had not been cleaned for awhile. Was shocking to see the mess under the radiator unit. The products such as hair conditioner were not replaced. TV was broken and two calls to have it repaired with no follow up . This is not the cheapest Disney resort so you expect minimally to return to a clean room everyday
