The property was great and the staff was so accommodating. Kudos to all of the staff. The only issue was that the bed was high and no real comfortable chair in the room. There were two chairs but one person in the party was not able to get in a bed so had to sleep in the chairs and they were not comfortable for them.

Disney Resorts are the best for the magic, proximity, and convenience for transportation! Always have a great time there! The Royal guest room is a must when going to Riverside! The beignets from the French quarter are one of the best I ever tried!! Thanks for the sweet memories!

I love the theming of the hotel and the bus transportation to the theme parks. My room was comfortable. The walls are thin. The person in the next room was doing jumping jacks and it sounded like a pounding.

I liked the layout of the property and the available transportation to activities. Friendly staff in the Food Court. I did not feel the room service was a good as I had hoped. For the amount of money, I would have thought that the room would be serviced each day. The cream for coffee was never re-stocked in my room and the sheets were not changed for the whole stay.

Disappointing stay
There was a really nice fireplace in the lobby however one person arranged all the empty chairs in front of the fireplace and was verbally aggressive about not letting anyone else sit there to enjoy the fireplace. When I mentioned this to 2 Disney staff one of them stated that she could do this. So disappointing!
