Comfortable and spacious.
Lovely spacious apartment. Comfy bed. Nice shower. Convenient free weekend parking out front. Full sized fridge. Only downside was the long walk from the room to outside, having to use multiple lifts.

BEWARE - Quite poor property. The worst Avani I have lived here n. In the COVID times.. There was left over from previous guest in the fridge that says a lot sbout if this property follows rules & if they take your well being seriously. Also I booked the premiere suite , paid premium for it and the balcony view and the room is nothing like in photos on their website . Balcony looks straight to the next residential building. When asked front desk about it, they said they have only 2 rooms as shown in photo on website & the hotel is fully booked — LOL . They think guests are idiots. There were 2 girls at the front desk who also were cooking food and wanted me to believe that hotel was fully booked in COVD times when it was clearly empty. I am a business traveller and travel every 2nd week if not every week and this was one of the most unpleasant & demeaning stays I have experienced .

Loved everything about this apartment it had everything you need in an apartment and was very comfortable.I asked for a high floor with private balcony and they delivered. Also loved the numbered carpark spots so you don't have to search for one

Excellent 4 night stay in comfortable studio apartment with all facilities. Friendly helpful staff on 24 hour reception. Lovely food plus drinks available in restaurant area. Short walk to Chinese district and Central Market.
