Nice stay
My husband and I stayed here because I had an early morning doctor’s appointment. Upon arrival which was in the early AM hours, the doors were locked. I had to knock on the door to be let in. It isn’t a big deal but they should at least post a sign letting people know this. The lady at the front desk was friendly, but I struggled to understand anything she was saying. She spoke English, but she was quiet as a mouse and she had some type of speech impediment. Not her fault, but it made the process a tad more difficult. When we finally found our room which was a little bit of a struggle because they are labeled a bit weird, the room seemed like someone had been smoking in it. The smoke smell became worse in the morning. I will say the room was very clean, bed was comfortable, nice electric fireplace. It had a full fridge, range, sink, microwave, and island. It was very nice. The pillows were uncomfortable but the bed made up for this. I do wish their were USB outlets in the room. Breakfast was bagged nothing hot just muffins, danishes, oranges, apples, boxed juices, bottled water, and breakfast bars. I was quoted $95 dollars by hotel.com. Upon check-out it was $145 dollars. I inquired about this and said $50 will be reimbursed if the housekeepers find no issues. I’m like really?! I was not happy About this considering the woman at the front desk said there’s no time frame in getting reimbursed. Overall besides the smoke smell our stay was nice.

Dirty Bathroom
Its a motel, not a deal breaker but some people don't care and some do. Worst hotel lay-out, tv is basically unusable because of the location in room. Bathroom was gross long hairs all over the shower walls.

The room was a little run down in condition of the bathroom. Kitchen was nice. The bedding had stains.

NOISY- NEVER AGAIN
Though the man at check in told me several times, no parties, there were parties. More than one around us. It was a VERY noisy night between people talking and even yelling on the sidewalk outside our window and the parties going on around us. I’d never stay here again.

Bad apartment turned hotel
Front desk clerks were very nice! Breakfast buffet was packaged items (juice boxes, muffins, nuturigrain bars, etc.) but understandable because of the pandemic. The outside is scary looking and the clientele is questionable, but the inside was ok. The floors and carpets are filthy, make sure to wear sandals. Nice kitchen, but nothing to cook with or eat with; who travels with a pots and pans? Found a Carpet beetle on the pillow. 2 queen beds = $90 including tax and fees; way too expensive for this bad apartment turned hotel.

Neat place
Neat place. I requested an extended checkout to help out my parents have a warm place to stay while at the hospital with my daughter. We had a noon checkout and some worker came knocking n the door a little after 11 and telling them they needed to be out. He couldn’t speak English nor understand it very well. That was not pleasant. When it was marked on my suite checkout at noon.
