4/10 Fair

Stayed on main floor - no sound barrier to rooms around. Mountain view - disappointing. Bathroom products - mix of perhaps left overs!

Over priced MOTEL
This hotel is nothing more than an over priced motel. This was a romantic trip with my wife and I was very disappointed. I paid extra for a trailhead view. Yet my view out the balcony was a street, parking lot and other buildings. From the from my view was a wall of dirt. Complete joke. They have a complimentary breakfast but both days they kept running out of food and there’s no where to sit when it’s busy. It was a holiday weekend and they knew they were busy yet it seemed like they did nothing to adjust to the larger crowd. The room itself had a comfortable bed and pillows but it’s no where near as nice as the pictures on the site would lead you to believe. The staff was friendly in the lobby. Our stay was not bad, it just wasn’t even close to what we paid for. I don’t typically drop $400 a night with fees for a nice “motel” without a view. Save your money and hit the holiday inn or find a place that is actually what they advertise. I don’t recommend.

Do not book!!!
Do not stay here!!! The photographer must also be a magician, hotel and rooms look nothing like the pictures! Very dated! Not clean! We had a room with a view of the Circle K and was right next door to the stairways! Sounded like a herd of elephants all night long!!!

Uncomfortable bed and broken down pillows
Staff and pool were nice but the bed and pillows were so old it was an uncomfortable stay. Could feel the springs and dip in the bed which also made noise just getting in it. Pillows were broken down and clumpy. For the price we paid which was over $250/night, we expected more comfortable conditions.
