Pretty good hotel value here
Great location. Friendly staff. New build so that helped. We were on the 5th floor so the water pressure was non-existent. Another issue (this could be as we were in the states vs Canada) that there were a couple bistro tables beside the entrance that would have been really great to eat our breakfast at but all we ever saw there were the employees and a couple of guests using it as a smoking pit rendering the entire area useless to non-smoking families. (also to note, anytime we walked into/out of the hotel there were mostly employees using it for their smoke breaks - not really nice to walk into a hotel and having to smell smoke as a non-smoker). BEds were really comfortable and room was the perfect temperature. We would stay here again.

The room I reserved was not available due to them being not being in service and I didn’t get accommodated I tried to use the washer and dryer which was in the fitness room and couldn’t get back in the room when I asked about it the rep said that she was understaffed to even deal with it and was going back and forth with me I stayed from 4/7-4/9 and my toilet kept over flowing I was very uncomfortable
