I am loosing trust
I stay here often, but am feeling less likely to return. I believe I am getting charged more than I am supposed to. I have booked here often, using Hotels.com. I always have to give a credit card, upon checking in. I usually get a few snacks from the snack area. I believe I am getting more than I should. Today when checking out, I was almost to my car, when the clerk called me back in. Then wanted to charge me an additional amount over $43, when I asked what for, she did not know. Gave me no explanation. Then questioned my credit card, claimed it was denied. A few minutes later, I showed how it was clearly not denied because it showed a charge.

Great stay
My stay here was pleasant as usual. The bed and room was comfortable as it always is. I will say the room did not seem to be as clean as it usually is. This wasn’t a deal breaker because I cleaned it myself since Covid times. Other than that, it’s a great hotel to stay. The breakfast has finally been upgraded from just a granola bar. There were different juices and finally a hot sandwich.

Need improvement or I will stop staying here
I stay here often, not at all impressed with the cleanliness of the room, there were rings on counters from where beverages were placed. Only had one towel, TV did not work. I have had those problems here before. It would also be nice if the continental breakfast was a little better, it would help if the water was cold and not room temperature, as well as the other stuff

No breakfast, toilet paper or garbage bags.
The facility is beautiful and if Covid was not an issue we would have enjoyed the pool but, no pool and next to nothing avaliable for breakfast. Limit of ONE small prepackaged muffin or ONE granola bar. No juice, milk or coffee. Coffee was gone and no one around to fill it. We stayed 3 days. We needed to ask for towels, which was fine, but we took our trash down as there were no trash bags, also needed to request toilet paper. Do Not use the guest laundry as the dryer took over 3 hours to dry one load.
