Great service, a little loud for us.
It was a pretty big pool party hotel. We didn't realize how loud it was going to be. We asked to be moved from our initial room because we were on the first floor, facing the pool, with a patio and within an hour of being there a few small kids and 2 drunk people were on our patio. Also we were right next to the exit door which slammed every time someone came or went. They moved us up a floor and down a bit. Noise level was much better. But we went to the pool on a Sunday thinking it would be a little less loud and there were still young adults partying like it was spring break. Don't get me wrong I'm 35 and I like my cocktails and a good time, just was hoping for a little more of a romantic and quiet place. Just FYI if you're looking to relax this may not be the place. But the staff were all super friendly and extremely helpful!!!

    Lacking cleaniness
Rooms were not a 4-star rating. It was not clean with sand all over the room and the bathroom had an oder which was not pleasant. Bathroom was also very outdated and old tubs and caulking. The self parking and resort fees are $60+ per night.

    Dream birthday turned nightmare
I brought my girlfriend here for her birthday and the stay started out fantastic, but then we went to the restaurant for dinner and she was served shrimp when she ordered chicken. She has a shellfish allergy and had to go to the drugstore immediately after taking a bite on accident. I ordered a burger medium and after taking a few bites, discovered it was rare. I was on the toilet all night. Upon checkout, I was charged $30 for parking, which was not conveyed to me upon arrival. Where else am I supposed to park? I thought that was deceptive. I switched my card on file and now have two pending charges (my total on each card) which I will now need to resolve. Not staying here again unless these problems can be addressed.

    Awesome location
Amazing location! Wish I could have given them an excellent rating, but alas, could not. Two people checked into the room, and they provide only one regular coffee pack, one decaf, and no tea options. Thermostat was not easy to control - no clear directions on the unit, and there seemed to be a delay. The first night the temp was close to 75 degrees - we finally were able to get a fan set up in the room. The front desk was nearly impossible to reach - they actually hung up on us the first night! We usually had to call down several times to finally reach someone. It was lovely having a big, spacious bathtub, and upscale shower, but whoever designed the suites clearly never stayed in the rooms. Bathroom was separated from the sleeping/living area by shutters, and the toilet was not partitioned off from the showers or sink area. Meaning, you couldn't brush your teeth while someone was on the toilet, and shutters were all that separated you from the person using the commode. In-room dining was excellent. Loved the adult-only pool and spa area. Bell-hop service was incredible - friendly, helpful, and eager to please.
