Staff are amazing!
The staff were amazing-so helpful, kind and friendly and have us so much practical help too which was invaluable. Apart from two occasions where we asked for the bed sheets to be cleaned and they weren't, everything else was top notch and we had a very comfortable stay.

What makes this place special is the staff - housekeepers, chef, and especially the concierge team -- Aliev, Andres, and Gloria were all absolutely fabulous. Honestly, the reviews about them seem over the top until you meet them and realize that they deserve every bit of praise they get. My trip was profoundly meaningful because of them. I spent so much time talking with them that I miss them already!

Amazing experience in this place, highly recommended in Havana. Aliev, Gloria and Andres (concierge service) were over the top. They answered all our questions, helped with everything we needed, were always attentive, extremely polite and friendly. I would say thanks to them our trip was as great as it was.
