All of staff I met were very friendly, especially the check-in & out service staff. Also the wine I've received as a gift for using NSW Stay voucher was very nice too! Thanks! The room I stayed with harbour bridge view was excellent (15th floor), just perfect to enjoy the Vivid light show. As it was recently refurbished, the interior was nice and modern. However, the housekeeping routine for the second day was too late, actually didn't happen as we were back to room around 3pm before the cleaner came. So I just requested for new towels. Also noticed some dust on room amenities, like coffee pot/machine and the cupboard shelves. I think it looks more obvious with dark furniture colour. Other than that we enjoyed staying 2 nights with nice view.

It would have been nice to be told about all the renovations before being charged in full. Pretty average stay. Pillows were terrible flat and uncomfortable and no alteenatives available, bathroom was nice but door didn't close properly. Has the potential to be amazing but not worth the money we paid to stay there. Room service charges a delivery fee?!?! Overpriced given the lack of amenities available. 3 stars at best.
