Nothing outstanding or memorable about this resort. front desk staff was cheerful. the resort could add a bit more activities/attraction/entertainment for guests.

We were a little disappointed to arrive and be put up in the Palm Tree Court accommodation rather than the JA Beach Hotel. Due to COVID the Beach Hotel has been closed so access was only available within the Resort to Captains Beach Bar and the Sports Cafe. Might have been good to know this in advance as it did limit options but gave up say food, service in both was first class. We would definitely reccomend this resort although won’t return ourselves as it’s so remote and a good 20-30 minute taxi journey to anywhere.

I have booked JA beach hotel, but on check-in I was told it is closed and got relocated to Palm Court. Which is a run down hotel that I never wanted to stay! I have checked-in with the family (2kids). Since our arrival was at 20.00 we went straight for the dinner. Once reached the room at 21.00 we have discovered that it is on the second floor with no elevator! And there is no chance to get baby stroller upstairs! Making it impossible for my wife to manage the things alone. But this was not the end, there were no baby beds set up in the room! Despite the booking info had all kids logged and on check-in staff saw all kids and collected their IDs. Worst experience ever! And I had a race starting at 5a.m. So all this mess was totally not needed. Had to cancel the further stay and left hotel in the morning.

Staff were excellent and well informed. Partner is a coeiliac and obviously nervous on gluten contamination. Not only were the staff all completely clued up, the chef came out twice to fully explain how the food was prepared. Only downside was the sports facilities, specifically the sailing. Hobie Cat for rental was ill-equipped and not fit for rent. Think this facility was a sub-contract business and not directly connected to the hotel.
