    Irritations, but not horrible.

To be fair, we were there during a very cold time of the year, unusual for the area. Their heating system was not up to grade, we were cold. It was hard to get extra blankets, we did get 2 extra blankets but I have no idea what the other 100+ rooms did. Our "non smoking" room reeked of smoke, so we got moved to another room. That room had a door that would not close or lock. We asked for another room but they did not have any. There was no cancellation allowed. So we were not only cold, but could not leave the room until they called in maintenance to fix the door, which took a while. (we came in by flight, we could not leave our luggage in a car) . Now to be fair, the people who work there are really nice, and we may have just been in one of those fiasco loops where one thing after another goes bad, but I do think the chambermaid should have caught on to the door not working and the first room being smoked in. I am not sure what they would have done if they could not have fixed the door, expected us to sit there guarding our property all day and night? It was just inappropriate.

    Terrible service

Hello, I had a terrible time because they marked me down as a no show when I had already paid for my room so I had to pay for another room and lost the first room I originally bought on this website when I confronted the front desk guy he didn’t know what to say because he said he didn’t know how to use the computer so he just marked me as no show. Terrible time I would like my money n credit back

COCKROACHES IN ROOM!!!!! WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

One of the worst days and I’m still waiting for the email back or a call back from The vagabond Inn because there was cockroaches everywhere hair all over the sink before we even gotten no room service. The walls were peeling and the roof was yellow and had holes in it I did not pay $220 for this. My lawyer said that they were not allowed to let people stay in a room that is filled with cockroaches and I do have pictures of this!!!

    Good enough

It’s nothing special, staff was always where they were supposed to be when I needed help. Room wasn’t exactly clean and the decor is over 10. Snails held an overnight invasion, there were 100s of giant snails on this property.

    Worst ever.

I think the place should be shut down. I think having had to pay for a night because it took me an hour to check in, be horrified, pick an alternative, coordinate with friends and wait in line what seemed like forever to be “helped”, is obtuse. I’m angry they’re scamming people, and with all the BS and possible extra costs I may not get back, I had to cut my trip from the hopes 3 nights to two. Originally won’t get the money back from the vending machine that takes cards but doesn’t vend. I’ve stayed in 3rd world countries with vastly nicer rooms and more attentive service. I wish there were room for more pictures.

    The worst roach infestation

Got it for the night for a party. Check-in was already ridiculous. Had 3 front desk people working on checking in one guy in front of me. Not really much detail and I had to ask questions where to go. Get in the room and it smells like smoke. Door doesn’t look safe enough either, like it’s been kicked open before. Left and came back late and noticed the shower had roaches all in it. Didn’t even shower. Then moved the sheets and there was a hole from a cigarette bud. This was the worst! Tried calling front desk and no one answered. I informed front desk at check out and she was just like I’ll inform my manager in an i don’t care tone. Waste of money for sure! Don’t come here. Also non smoking room supposedly, no fire extinguishers and plastic on lights that might start a fire.
