Dirty, unsafe and horribly maintained
The neighborhood was filled with homeless people. The hotel/rooms were more run down than shown. The whole room was dated and the carpet and furniture throughout were dingy. They intentionally don’t show you pictures of the shower as it is moldy tile and the knobs haven’t been updated since the 80’s. The toilet would not flush.The ice vending machine was broken. The fridge was broken. The entire building was swaying. Breakfast was $20+ for a tiny taco, a cold sandwich and the worst cup of coffee. The sole reason I picked this hotel was for the heated indoor pool and spa. The pool was covered in leaves and was too cold to swim in. When we got to the spa the bubbles were going really fast and a man was leaving. We got into the spa. We noticed once my husband, my toddler and I got in that something didn’t seem right. There was an odor. My husband went to stop the bubbles and we noticed there was a filth of film in the spa and when the bubbles stopped we noticed the water was very discolored (yellow/green). We thought that the water may have just looked a little funny with how fast the bubbles were going. After absorbing our surroundings we noticed the man outside the spa had gotten fully clothed. He was in old, smelly clothes and his shoes did not match. He quickly slipped out a back door and that is when we knew that it was a homeless man who had just used the spa to bathe in. My private parts are still itchy. Another guest confirmed this is a common issue at the hotel.

Nice hotel
Nice two night stay with my family. Pool area was nice but we had to ask for towels as there were never any outside and area didn’t look well maintained. Also was glass on the walkway to the indoor area. Room was nice even tho a/ c wasn’t working at first but maintenance had it fixed in no time at all. Beds were comfortable but the pillows are super soft. Lady checking us in was very friendly and helpful.
