Resort fee is a joke
Terrible stay. We weren't notified that the entire pool area was going to be shut down for the day of our stay until we checked in, yet were still charged the full $40 resort fee for two rooms..... For what? Absolutely nothing. Room service was a joke. $6 for two tiny cookies and a carton of milk? Plus a $5 delivery charge plus a tip? What a joke. I expected fresh baked cookies at that price. And then $9 for a frozen slice of carrot cake? Hotel is decent, but neither the bed or couch were all that comfy. Lack of pool area and outrageous room service prices were outrageous.
