Overall, everything was good. However, there were a few little issues. My room key initially didn't work and I had to go back down to the front desk, stand in line again and get it re-keyed. The TV remote in the front room didn't work, so we had to share the remote. Lastly, the zipper on the couch cushion was broken, but this could be hidden by placement. Also, it would have been nice to have a cover in addition to the sheet for the sofa bed.

My stay at the Embassy suites was excellent. The very nice Gentleman who checked us in upgraded our room to a premium suite, since it was our Anniversary. That was so very nice of him, we really appreciated it. The best breakfast buffet in town and the reception was really nice also will definitely stay here again. The only thing I had a concern with was when we got ready to leave I pulled the drapes back and it was two wasps on the window and some other type of bug.

Pool was a disaster. Towels everywhere including in the pool. The reception food was gone and a mess after 20 minutes. Ran out of plates. Kept bringing more broccoli but nothing else.
