Wave Hotel Review
When we first arrived at the Wave Hotel, we were greeted by the front desk, staff very warmly, which set the tone for our entire stay. The room is luxurious and all its amenities. The front desk, staff, specifically, Elissa and James, went above and beyond to make our stay amazing!! They are a wonderful representation of this incredible hotel. The spa and its staff were wonderful and kind as well. They too went above and beyond especially Rena, Maddy and Donna. There was a very unfortunate encounter when we were checking out from the person who was at the front desk at the time. We checked out early Sunday morning. had we encountered this person upon check-in or during our stay, we would’ve gotten a very bad representation of the hotel as this person was cold and unfriendly, and did not make us feel like welcome customers I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, and perhaps this woman has personal problems that are really serious and so she just could not offer the kind of customer service that we got from the other front desk staff. It left us with a horrible feeling when we checked out and we were stressed out and it almost undid our entire good feeling for our stay. I hope that this person realizes her mistake and can maintain the good feeling that the other staff gave us, or we feel she could turn customers away. We would like to try to remember the good feeling we had before we encountered her.
