Nice Hotel, clean in perfect location

My reservation was canceled upon arrival 5/26. Front desk clerk charged far more than my reservation and charges room stay and incidentals on two different credit cards. I asked him to charge incidentals on one credit card and the room stay on the other credit card. My reservation was for a king suite, ended up staying in a double queen room where the queen beds are way two small for two guests. Was told we would have an opportunity to move to a king suite on 5/27, that never happened. The hotel itself was very pleasant just wished I didn’t have to deal with the unnecessary.
